Limited Warranty Policy

Our Limited Warranty covers the repair or replacement of products within one (1) year of their purchase date.

Coverage Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Alteration or improper installation
  • Mishandling, misuse, or neglect
  • Accidents or standard wear and tear
  • Removal or defacement of the factory serial number/bar code label(s)
  • Acts of God

Any alterations to the helmet will void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Please Click here to submit a Return or Exchange Request and provide a copy of your receipt or PO#, along with photos and/or videos that show the issue with your order.
  2. We may require troubleshooting before issuing a Return Authorization (RA) form and return shipping label.
  3. Returns will not be accepted without an RA form.
  4. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if the policy is found to be abused.
