Warranty Claim

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST BEFORE YOU WEAR YOUR HELMET.

This is a safety product. Once the helmet has been worn (and/or washed in the case of apparel) it may no longer be returned nor exchanged. Please make sure you follow the guidelines below:

UPON RECEIVING

  1. Verify that the size and fitment is correct prior to removing the sticker cling and tags.
  2. Any alterations or third-party modifications made to the helmet will void the warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

  1. All warranty claims must be filed with the manufacturer, not the dealer.

  2. A troubleshooting process must be completed prior to receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number. To start, please go to https://just1racing.us/contact-us/. You can also call customer support at (626) 581-8811, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific.

  3. If the product’s issue is covered under warranty, a return shipping label will also be supplied along with the RA. Fitment issues are not covered under warranty, as such return shipping will not be covered. Your return will be processed in the order in which it was received. Any reported issues will be repaired first; a replacement will be sent only if the helmet is deemed to be beyond repair.

  4. The warranty covers any defects or damages within one (1) year of the helmet’s purchase date.
